Packing regulations
To avoid damage during transport, we recommend that you pack your favourite items as follows:
- Ski or snowboard: Separately per pair in a bag or in the appropriate plastic sleeve.
- Bicycle or eBike: In a hard case, bicycle bag or cardboard packaging.
Further information
- Sledges, skibobs, prams and bicycle trailers do not need to be packed.
- Packaging must be organised yourself and cannot be obtained from the driver.
Of course, we will also transport your favourite items without packaging. Please note that in this case we do not accept any liability for minor damage (e.g. scratches).
